After the loss of her family home, Blanche DuBois travels to the New Orleans French Quarter to live with her younger, married sister, Stella, and brother-in-law, Stanley Kowalski. Tensions flare between Blanche and Stanley as the true nature of her troubles is uncovered.

After having done much avante-garde theatre at Arizona State University, the director asked me to aim for a concept that was much more grounded in reality. Every single square inch of our tiny theater was crammed with detail, much of which extended past the proscenium and into the house, in order to transport our audience to the hot and humid French Quarter.
